Terms of Service

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERBy commissioning my services (art), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.II. PAYMENT & REFUNDS100% pre-payment upfront before I will start the commission.Payment is requested via Paypal, or Throne Wishlist. All prices are in CAD currency.Additional fees may apply for a rush on the commissioned artwork, and excessive or major revisions. Fees are determined based on the complexity of the artwork.No Refunds, unless discussed between The Artist and The Client.I, The Artist reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at all times.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONSMust provide multiple clear references images of the character/subject, or additional fees may apply.The Client and The Artist must communicate throughout the commission process.The Client must abide and read through my TOS.IV. REVISIONS & PROCESSThe Client is provided with 1 major revision during sketch phase, and 3 minor revisions during coloring/painting stage.Deadline may vary due to difficulty of the commissioned artwork. Deadlines can be up to 3 days, to 1 month depending on The Artist, and The Client.VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, The Artist, retain the rights over any commissioned artwork.I, The Artist, reserve the right to post the commissioned work on any platform.I, The Artist, have the rights to post speed paints, stream, and use the commissioned artwork in my gallery.Any subject portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.The final artwork is strictly for personal use unless you purchase commercial rights.You must credit me when sharing or using the commissioned work.For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me.You, The Client may use the commissioned work in the following ways:- Print the work for personal use.
- Crop and/or resize the image for social media, personal use, avatars, etc.
- Use the artwork as reference for a study.
- Post the artwork on social media. (with credit)You, The Client may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways;- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Use my artwork in Ai, NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
- Paint/alter over the commissioned artwork.
- Use the commissioned piece commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
